Cover Teachers
At Wren Academy we have worked very hard to ensure that teachers cover the minimum amount of lessons for absent colleagues. This gives our teachers more time to spend planning lessons and marking student learning. To help us maintain this position we are looking to recruit qualified teachers who would be available at short notice to take lessons when teachers are absent. We want to recruit a pool of teachers who may work part time in other schools, have recently retired from the profession or have had a career break.
